Tom Menges has been an active Realtor since 1984 when he was initially licensed in NY. Tom and his family moved to NC in 1992 as a “quality of life” move. The Success Team was founded by Tom Menges in 2001 with the additional of our first Buyer’s Agent, Kristie DeVaney. The Team has continued to grow with the addition of Cindy our transaction coordinator, Debbie our team assistant and additional Buyer Specialists, Pete Wilson and Marty Armstrong.
